As the pipeline grows, filters help you answer practical questions: Which Hot leads are still New? Which proposals are due to close soon? Which accounts carry a territory tag? The CSV export uses the list you have narrowed down.

Find a group of leads

  1. 1Open Leads. Choose Board to see leads grouped by status or Table for a row-by-row view.
  2. 2Use the search field to find a business by name or matching lead details.
  3. 3Set Priority, Stage or Tags to narrow the list. In Table view, you can also filter by Status.
  4. 4Clear a filter when you want to return to the wider pipeline.

The Board keeps status visible as its columns; the Table provides a Status filter. Archived leads are hidden by default. Switch on Include archived when you need to review or export them.

Sort the work in front of you

Choose Sort in Board view to order cards within the columns. In Table view, select a column heading to change the row order. A useful routine is to filter to active leads, then sort by expected close or value before planning the week.

Export the current list

  1. 1Apply the filters and sort you want.
  2. 2Choose Export CSV near the top of Leads to download that visible set in its current order.
  3. 3For a smaller hand-picked set, select the leads and choose Export CSV from the selection toolbar.

Open the file in your spreadsheet or CRM and check the rows before sharing it. If an expected lead is missing, inspect the current filters and the Include archived setting, then export again.

Business results and leads are separate exportsThe Leads CSV contains pipeline records. To export businesses found by a search, use the Results or job export instead.
