LeadMapper features: From the map
to the client.

Everything LeadMapper does, in the order you’ll use it: search one point, a whole area or hundreds of postcodes, get one clean list, shortlist the businesses worth a call, then export or follow up until it’s won.

At a glance

Nine capabilities, one workflow.

Scan what LeadMapper does in the order you’ll use it. Jump to the detail below, or open the full page where there is one.

01 · Find · Search modes

Three ways to search, one set of results.

How wide you cast is your choice: one point, a grid across an area, or every postcode in a region. All three return the same business details into the same list.

Single search

One search from one point, which keeps paging until Google runs out of results to give.

Points
1
Credits
~10, 15 at most
  • The cheapest way to try a search term
  • Right for a suburb or a small town
  • Type a place or drop a pin anywhere on the map

Grid search

The same search run from a square of points across one area, merged into one list.

Points
4 to 100
Radius
0.5 to 10 km
  • 2×2 up to 10×10, so a city centre gets a point every few streets
  • Each business appears once, however many points found it
  • Watch the points finish as it runs

Bulk scrape

One search run area by area across a whole region, one postcode or suburb at a time.

Areas
Up to 500
Radius
1 to 100 km
  • Every suburb around a place, or a list of postcodes and suburbs you paste in
  • Skip areas you already searched in the last 7, 30 or 90 days
  • Pause, resume or stop it, and keep every area already searched
01 · Find · Bulk scrape

Cover a whole city or territory in one run.

A bulk scrape runs your search in every postcode or suburb you choose, one area after another, and combines the results into one list with each business listed once.

Areas
Up to 500 a run
Around a place
1 to 100 km
Credits
Approx. 10 an area, 15 at most
Spend
Estimate first, optional cap

Skip areas you searched in the last 7, 30 or 90 days, pause or stop at any time, and export the whole run as one file.

02 · List · Business details

The key details, one row per business.

Every business a search finds becomes one row with the details from its Google Maps listing. Businesses found from more than one point or area are merged, so each appears once.

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Website
  • Rating
  • Review count
  • Categories
  • Opening hours
  • Google Maps link
  • Price range
  • Service options
  • Claimed listing
  • Booking and menu links

Dashed: included when the listing has one. Empty fields stay empty; nothing is guessed.

What each listing includes →
02 · List · Business profile

Open any business and see what its listing is missing.

Each row opens as a full profile: photos, reviews, opening hours, service options, what the owner wrote and where the search found it. Above all of it sits a check of the listing itself.

  • Up to ten checks, depending on what the listing carries: phone, website, hours, photos, reviews, service options, booking links and more
  • The gaps are called out, so you can see in a second what this business hasn’t got
  • A short, factual opening line built only from what the listing says — no guesses, no invented figures
  • Nearby businesses from the same search, so one profile leads to the next

Everything here comes from the listing as it was when your search ran, including the grid point or area that found it.

03 · Qualify

Shortlist the businesses worth a call.

One search can return hundreds of businesses, and a bulk run thousands. Filters, sorting and saved views cut that down to the ones that fit what you sell, and the website signal finds a ready-made pitch.

Filters, sort and views

Cut 412 results down to a shortlist.

Every business from every search you’ve run sits in one list. Combine seven filters to match your ideal client, and each one shows how many businesses it would leave before you apply it.

  • Rating, category, phone, website, claimed listing, which search it came from, and whether it’s already a lead
  • Sort by rating, review count, name or when it was found
  • Saved views for the combinations you use most, like no website and 4.5★ or higher
  • Search every result by name, address, phone or website
  • Save what’s left straight to your pipeline, up to 2,000 at a time
No website listed

Spot the businesses that need a website.

Well reviewed and busy, but no website on their Google Maps listing. For web designers and marketers, that’s the opening line.

  • Filter on whether a website is listed
  • Pair it with rating and reviews to find established businesses
  • Phone and address included when the listing has them
  • Open one to see the rest of what its listing is missing
04 · Follow up

Work leads here, or take them anywhere.

Save the best businesses as leads and follow them up in LeadMapper, or export the list to the tools you already use. Most people do both.

Lead pipeline

Follow up until it’s won.

Save the best businesses as leads and move each one along, from New through Contacted, Qualified, Proposal and Negotiating to Won — with everything about it in one place. Work the board by dragging cards between stages, or switch to a table.

See the lead pipeline →
  • Eight stages, from New to Won, Lost or Archived
  • Hot, Warm or Cold on every lead
  • A score out of 100 from the listing’s signals
  • Notes, tasks and a log of every call
Export

CSV or JSON, any time.

Export a whole search as CSV or JSON, or just the rows you’ve filtered as CSV. A bulk run exports as one file with each business listed once, and a column naming every area it turned up in. CSV opens in Excel and Google Sheets.
