A credit brings in up to 20 businesses from a search. A search keeps going until the area runs out of results, up to 15 credits, so a busy city uses more than a small town.

Busy areas have more businesses to collect. Plumbers in a Sydney suburb might use 11 credits and find approximately 180 businesses. The same search in a regional town might use 4 and find approximately 70.

Yes. When you set up a search, LeadMapper shows the credits it will likely use before anything runs. A single search never uses more than 15, and a quiet area that runs out of results sooner uses fewer.

A grid search runs one search at each point, so a 5×5 grid is 25 searches. In a busy city that’s approximately 250 credits, and never more than 375. You’ll see the total estimate before it starts.

Your search stops, and everything it found up to then is kept. Top up with a credit pack or move to a bigger plan at any time.

Plan credits you don’t use carry over for one month after the month they’re added, then expire.

Yes. A credit pack is a one-off payment with no subscription, and it includes every feature. If you search every week, a plan suits you better, with fresh credits every month.

Yes. Credits from a pack last 12 months from the day you buy them.

Yes. Grid search, bulk scrape, filters, CSV and JSON export and the lead pipeline are on every plan and every credit pack. Nothing is held back on the cheaper plans: every one can bulk scrape up to 500 postcodes or suburbs in a run, and they differ only by the credits added each month, so you pick the volume you need. You can move up or down a plan at any time, and an upgrade applies straight away.

2 months free: you pay for 10 months and get 12, and your plan’s credits are still added every month. Pro, for example, is A$990 a year instead of A$1,188, or US$590 a year instead of US$708.

Australian customers pay in AUD, and AUD prices include GST. Customers everywhere else pay in USD. The AUD and USD switch above the plans shows prices in either.

Yes, from your account at any time. Upgrades apply straight away. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Unused credits are non-refundable, including credits left when you cancel or when they expire. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash. This does not affect any refund or other remedy required by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
