Every local lead
starts as a pin
on a map.
LeadMapper is built for the people who sell to local businesses: agencies, consultants and small sales teams. It finds those businesses across a whole area, keeps them in one clean list, and follows them through to a signed job — starting from the map instead of a spreadsheet.
Prospecting from the map was slow, inconsistent and hard to keep track of.
Anyone who sells websites, SEO or services to local businesses knows the routine: search, copy, paste, call, forget. LeadMapper was built to put that whole job in one place, from the first sweep of an area to the signed client.
Everything LeadMapper does →- 01The old way
One search only sees the businesses near its centre, so whole suburbs get missed.
Cover the whole area
The same search runs from a grid of four to 100 points and every point’s results are merged into one list.
How grid search works → - 02The old way
Copying listings into a spreadsheet takes hours and leaves duplicates behind.
Keep one clean list
Each business appears once, with its listed phone, website, rating and review count, ready to filter or export.
What each listing includes → - 03The old way
Once the calls start, it’s easy to lose track of who said what, and when.
Follow up in one place
Save the best as leads and move them from New to Won, with notes, tasks and a call log against each one.
See the pipeline →
One job, end to end.
Everything below is in the product today, and every line goes to the page that shows it working. Nothing here is waiting on a future release.
Product overview →- Area search from a grid of four to 100 search points

Cover the area, not the centre
A single search only reaches what sits near its middle. Grid search runs the same search from every point in the area and merges what comes back, so the far suburbs count too.
Up to 100 search points in one sweep - 02
Show the cost first
Every search shows its estimated credits before it runs, so you can size a sweep, trim it or widen it before you spend anything.
5×5 grid: ~250 credits, at most 375, shown up front - 03
Say what the data says
“No website listed” means the listing has no website, not that the business has none. Labels that match the listing keep your pitch accurate on the call.
Labels match the listing, word for word - 04
Independent, and clear about it
LeadMapper works with business listings from Google Maps. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, and we say so wherever it matters.

Where LeadMapper stops.
Knowing what the product doesn’t do is the fastest way to tell whether it fits how you sell, so here it is before you start a free trial.
- An email finder
You get the phone number and website the listing shows. LeadMapper doesn’t go hunting for email addresses, and a website link doesn’t mean one has been pulled off that site.
- An outreach or cold-email tool
Nothing sends on your behalf. You make the calls and write the emails; LeadMapper keeps the record of who you spoke to and what happens next.
- A Google Maps rank tracker
It finds and qualifies businesses so you can sell to them. It doesn’t watch where anyone ranks over time.
- A website audit tool
It tells you whether a listing has a website. Judging the site you find is still your call, and often the reason you have something to pitch.
And what we won’t do.
- 01Promise a result countWe don’t say how many businesses a search will find. It depends on the business type, the area and what’s actually listed there.
- 02Dress up the screensThe product screens on this site are drawn from sample businesses, never a customer’s real list.
- 03Hide what a search costsEstimated credits appear before a search runs, and the credit maths is written out on the pricing page.
- 04Sell you somebody else’s listThere is no pre-built database to buy here. You run the searches yourself, on your own account, over the areas you choose.
