A search may return hundreds of businesses, but you rarely need to review them all. The Results page lets you narrow the list to the businesses that match your offer before you export or convert anyone to a lead.

Start with a useful results view

Open Results. Above the table, choose a preset such as All results, No website · 4.5★+ or Has phone · no website. These are quick filter combinations. They are not personal saved lists; changing any filter creates a custom filter view.

In Filters, select one or more searches if you want a particular territory or campaign. Then choose the business categories that fit your offer. The counts beside filter options help you see how many results remain. Use the search box above the table to look for a name, address, phone, website or search term.

Add the listing signals you actually need

  • Minimum rating can narrow the list to businesses rated 3+, 4+ or 4.5+. An unrated listing will not meet a positive minimum.
  • Has website and Has phone each let you choose Yes, No or any. “No website” means no website was collected from the listing; confirm it before pitching a website.
  • Verified appears when the search has verification data. It may not be available for most results.
  • Already a lead appears when lead management is enabled. Use it to avoid working the same prospect twice.
Example shortlistFor web design outreach, try Has phone · no website, add the category you serve and sort by Reviews · most. Check each live listing before assuming the business has no site.

Sort, choose columns and inspect a business

Use Sort to order by when a business was found, highest rating, most reviews or name. On a wider screen, Columns controls which details the table shows. Open a business to see its contact details, location, reviews and other listing information before deciding to keep it.

Keep only the businesses you want

Tick individual rows to select them, or use the table selection controls. The action bar can copy selected details, export the selection to CSV when your plan allows, or convert selected businesses to leads when lead management is enabled. Export view takes all businesses matching the current view.

If you have more than the newest 10,000 businesses in Results, the page tells you that filters and view exports cover that loaded set. For a complete individual run, use its Job export instead.
