There are two useful ways to take businesses out of LeadMapper. Results exports a filtered view or your selected rows as CSV. Jobs exports the businesses saved by one search as CSV or JSON. Choose the route that matches the list you need.
Build the list in Results
- 1Open Results. Use a preset or filter by search, category, rating, website and phone.
- 2Sort the matching rows in the order you want to review them. Open any uncertain listing before including it.
- 3Tick the businesses you want. The selection bar shows how many are selected.
- 4Choose Export CSV in the selection bar. LeadMapper downloads a file containing only those businesses.
If every matching business belongs in the file, choose Export view instead of ticking rows. This exports the current filtered view, including matching businesses on other pages of that view.
Export one whole search from Jobs
Open Jobs, find the run and use its export action. Choose CSV for a spreadsheet or CRM import, or JSON for software that expects structured data. A job can export whatever it has already saved, even if it is still running or stopped early. Wait for completion when you need its final list.
Check the scope before using the file
- Selected export contains only the rows you ticked in Results.
- Export view contains the businesses matching the current Results filters.
- Job export contains the saved businesses from one run, regardless of your Results filters.
Results loads the newest 10,000 businesses for filtering and export. If your account has more, the page warns that the view is partial. Use the relevant Job export when you need a complete run.
Check the data before outreach
A listing can change after it was collected. Check important phone numbers, websites and contact details against the live business listing. If you plan to contact businesses, follow the marketing and privacy rules that apply where you and they are located.
