How to buy credit packs or change your LeadMapper plan
Compare one-off credit packs with monthly or annual plans, review a plan change and check how credits and billing dates work.

A credit pack adds a one-off allowance. A plan adds credits each month. Either one unlocks Grid, Bulk and export, which the free trial does not include, so choose based on how often you search. Billing shows the current prices and options for your account.
Buy a one-off credit pack
- 1Open Billing and find Credit packs.
- 2Compare the available pack sizes and prices, then choose the one that fits the searches you have planned.
- 3Review the payment details before confirming. Return to Billing to see the added Pack credits and the payment record.
Packs can be bought without a recurring plan, and a pack unlocks the same features as a plan. Pack credits expire after 12 months. Check your balance and the Mission plan before buying more than you expect to use.
Choose or change a plan
In Plans, compare the monthly credit allowance and included features. Switch between monthly and annual billing to see the current price; annual billing still adds credits monthly. Select a plan and review the change preview. An upgrade may show an amount due now. A downgrade or billing-interval change may be scheduled for the end of the paid period, so read the effective date before confirming.
Check what happens next
Return to Billing to check the active plan, next billing date and credit balance. Unused plan credits can roll over for one month. If you cancel a plan, it remains active until the end of its paid period, and credits remain available until their expiry. You can resume a scheduled cancellation before it takes effect.
