How to find, reuse and rerun past LeadMapper searches
Find an earlier LeadMapper search in Jobs, inspect its results, rerun the same settings or edit the search before running it again.

You do not have to remember the exact query, place or grid settings from an earlier run. LeadMapper keeps searches in Jobs, where you can open the original results, run the same search again or change its settings first.
Find the search in Jobs
- 1Open Jobs. The table lists the search term, location, mode, status, progress, businesses found, credits used and when the run started.
- 2Use the status filters to narrow the list. Type a query or location in Filter by query or location if you know part of its name.
- 3Use Mode to show Single or Grid searches, then Sort by newest, oldest, most found or most credits if that helps you locate it.
- 4Select the search term to open the job detail page and inspect its coverage and saved businesses.
Bulk runs also appear on the Jobs page in their own section. Open the relevant bulk run there to inspect its areas and combined results.
Rerun the same settings
Use the rerun action on a job row, or choose Re-run same settings from its action menu. Review the confirmation and possible credit cost. A rerun creates a new job; the earlier run remains available for comparison. Choose this when you want to check the same business type and area again.
Change the search before rerunning
Choose Edit & re-run from the job’s action menu when the term, location, grid or radius should change. LeadMapper opens New search with the previous settings filled in. Make your changes, check the map and Mission plan, then start the new run. The previous job is not overwritten.
New search also shows Recent searches. Select one to reuse its query and settings as a starting point. This is useful when you are running the same business type in several nearby places.
Decide whether a rerun is worth the credits
A rerun performs a new search and can use credits again. If you only need the original list, reopen or export the earlier job. If you want to find businesses that have appeared since the last run, rerun it and compare the New businesses count with the earlier job.
